State of the art 10 kg fully automated coffee roasters makes your roasting process become quick and easy. Just select background roasting profile that you want to duplicate and Danish will roast full automatic according selected roasting profile.

With HARTANZAH logic control panel makes Danish series very accurately automated coffee roaster. There are two options to operate Danish, by selecting the roasting mode to full automated or manual mode. Built-in water pump and 1 sprayer nozzle on front face and 1 sprayer nozzle on cyclone makes your roasting process more safer.

Danish 10 are heavy duty automated coffee roasters, built with industrial quality, solid construction stainless steel plates. They are built to last. Our machines are also incomparably quiet.

Each machine has an inbuilt variable speed motor, allowing change in speed, thus creating a whisper quiet roaster. The thermal and mechanical stabiliser inside each roaster also allows for continuous production roasting, with ease and consistency.

RAPID COOLING SYSTEM

To cooling of the roasted coffee immidietly after coffee bean being roasted is a very important factor to maintaining the taste and flavor of roasted coffee.

HARTANZAH utilizes a powerful blowing motor under the cooling bin that can cool the beans in under three minutes. With unique agitator scrapper shape that able to mixed all the beans to cool uniformly.

PROPORTIONAL BURNER

We equip our roasters with HARTANZAH burner technology, this technology makes you easy to control the heat input allowing for your desired preference.

This system combined with airflow controls makes it easier to control conduction, convection and radiation during the roasting process.
