Works on a gravity principle by using the density of the coffee beans to detect other foreign objects that might be found, such as metals and stones.

We equipped our PICKPRO Coffee Destoner with an integrated weighing system with an automatic discharge valve so you can find out exactly how much coffee is in the silo and you can easily dispense the coffee beans from the silo on demand according to the amount you want by pushing one button.

SILO WEIGHING SYSTEM

With 2 weight sensors on the destoner silo, users of this PickPro destoner can determine the weight of coffee beans inside the silo. This weight information will be displayed on the monitor screen.

ON-DEMAND DISPENSED VALVE

Pickpro also has an automatic feature to dispense coffee beans from the silo according to the weight desired by the operator, by setting the desired weight on the control monitor.

HMI TOUCH SCREEN MONITOR

With the touchscreen on the PickPro control panel, users can adjust the suction power level of the fan, can see the weight of coffee beans in the silo, can set how much weight of coffee beans they want to dispense from the silo, and other settings that facilitate the operator.
