Hartanzah Coffee & Cocoa Roasters
At Hartanzah, we are deeply committed to building coffee and cocoa roasting machines that prioritize safety, reliability, and performance, aligned with global expectations for quality. Hartanzah Roasters are constructed using critical components individually certified under CE and/or IEC standards, including motors, thermocouples, safety relays, touchscreens and others components.
While our roasters are not yet certified under CE or IEC as a complete assembled product, we emphasize that all major components integrated into Hartanzah machines are sourced from trusted manufacturers whose parts are individually certified under CE and/or IEC standards. Hartanzah follows best-practice manufacturing standards and internal quality testing that align with European safety expectations. These components include:
- Thermocouples (for both bean and environment temperature monitoring and motors temperature)
- High-efficiency electric motors
- Centrifugal exhaust and cooling fans
- Touchscreen control interfaces
- Solid State Relays (SSRs)
- Over-temperature safety cut-off systems
- Controllers
- Industrial-grade wiring and protective electrical parts
In addition to using certified parts, Hartanzah roasters are engineered with multiple built-in safety and control features, such as:
- Over-temperature protection system with visual and audible alarms
- Multi-layer thermal insulation to maintain energy efficiency and safe surface temperatures
- Ergonomically designed control panel to minimize operational errors
- Soft start-stop function for drum rotation to reduce mechanical stress
- Safe unit shutdown protocol to prevent damage or unsafe conditions
- Flame failure alarm system for gas-based models
- Gas low-pressure indicator to ensure burner stability and safety
Though not formally CE or IEC certified as a full machine, Hartanzah follows rigorous internal manufacturing procedures based on internationally recognized industrial practices. Every unit undergoes thorough quality control (QC) documentation and internal performance testing to ensure operational consistency and safety.
